StoryPoint was proud to support the Michigan RivALZ Alzheimer’s Association football game this past weekend at Michigan State University’s Spartan Stadium. This was the first game ever held by MI RivALZ, and it kicked off a great start to their cause.
MI RivALZ is a community organization supporting Alzheimer’s awareness, research and action. The group’s specialty is putting together local flag football games, pairing up teams that traditionally hold strong rivalries, for an exciting fundraising event.
This weekend, the matchup was Michigan State fans vs. University of Michigan fans. It was a riveting game, and U of M ended up grabbing the win! Everyone had a great time and the organization raised over $33k for Alzheimer’s!
Alzheimer’s is a widespread disease affecting many of the members of MI RivALZ as well as millions more around the world. StoryPoint was proud to have been involved in this event to support progress in the fight against Alzheimer’s.
